Made-to-Measure Guide
A pivotal point of the dressmaking process is having a perfectly fitted bridal gown. For precise results, have someone else take your measurements, or a professional tailor can do it for you.
Measure Your Bust:
Wear undergarments and have your arms down at your sides. Wrap the measuring tape around your back and under your arms to the fullest part of your bust.
Measure Your Waist:
Stand up straight and bend to your side; the bend is your natural waist size. Wrap the measuring tape around your natural waist.
Measuring Your Hips:
Stand up straight and have your arms down at your side. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.
